Screen printing is the application of a logo or design by printing inks directly onto the t-shirt or garment. This is done through a screen, and you need a different screen for each colour in the design.
Once printed the garment is put into a dryer where the ink is cured.

Screen printing is perfect for bulk orders with a 6 or less colour design. If you have more colours, there are other printing methods we can use, so we have you covered!

Direct to Film or DTF is a process that transfers prints onto fabric or other substrates using a heat-press mechanism. Unlike the DTG method, which only works on cotton fabrics, the Printer DTF method can work on cotton and poly blends.

Embroidery is the application of a logo or design on to clothing using computerised embroidery machines. The logo is embroidered on to the fabric of the garment, ensuring it will not wash or fade. Some designs may need to be modified before they can be embroidered. Small text below 3-4mm may need enlarging slightly, very fine detail may need editing to achieve the best overall look. Embroidered clothes are a great way to establish a corporate identity for businesses or teams.

Sublimation shirt printing is a specific process of printing that first involves printing onto a special sheet of paper, then transferring that image onto another material (usually polyester or a polyester mix). The ink is then heated until it disintegrates into the fabric.

Sublimation is also great for products such as mugs, mouse mats and more!
